Twenty years ago, in a series of mysterious, incandescent writings, David Seabrook told of the places he knew best, the declining resort towns of the Kent coast. His book All the Devils Are Here, published in 2002, was hailed as a furtive twitchy masterpiece but slipped out of print and its author died alone in his Canterbury flat in 2009.
