Brixton Review of Books: Summer Launch Issue 6

Join us for the launch of Brixton Review of Books Summer Issue! There will be a host of readers, drinks, merriment and copies of the magazine will be available.
Will Eaves, Jen Calleja and Thomas Bunstead will all be reading on the night.
Thomas Bunstead is a writer and translator living in East Sussex. He has translated some of the leading Spanish-language writers working today, including Agustín Fernández Mallo, Maria Gainza and Enrique Vila-Matas, and his writing has appeared in >kill author, the Times Literary Supplement, and The White Review. In 2018 his novel SEMBLANCE was shortlisted for the Fitzcarraldo Editions Novel Prize. @thom_bunn
Jen Calleja is a writer and literary translator from German. Her poetry collection, Serious Justice (2016), and a forthcoming collection of short fiction, I’m Afraid That’s All We’ve Got Time For (2020), are published by Test Centre/Prototype. She has translated works by Marion Poschmann, Kerstin Hensel, Michelle Steinbeck, Wim Wenders and Gregor Hens, among others, and has been shortlisted for both the Man Booker International Prize and the Schlegel-Tieck Prize. @niewview
Will Eaves is a novelist and poet. Murmur (2018), his re-imagining of the last years of Alan Turing, won the Wellcome Book Prize and Republic of Consciousness Prize earlier this year. He lives in Brixton and teaches at the University of Warwick. @WillEaves
