On Saturday 20th April at 11am we will host a taster class which will be free of charge in preparation for a four week sign up course that will run in our basement space.
Description of the taster class:
This first class will introduce the students to meditation and discuss what purpose and benefits meditation can bring to each of us. We will practice a simple introductory meditation and there will be time for discussion also.

In these series of classes, Dada Jyotirupananda, a meditation teacher for over 30 years, guides us week by week into more effective meditation while also leading discussions on topics that help us understand how this practice can fit into our regular life.
