THE WHITE REVIEW X BURLEY FISHER BOOKS POETRY SALON

Join us for the November TWR x BFB Poetry Salon, the sixth in the series. This salon will feature readings from Imogen Cassels, Kate Schneider, and Wayne Holloway-Smith. There will be copies of THE WHITE REVIEW NO. 23 on sale, and drinks, and snacks.
IMOGEN CASSELS’s poems have appeared in the London Review of Books, Blackbox Manifold, Cumulus, Datableed, Ambit, and on the London Underground. She is a first-year PhD student at Cambridge.
KATE SCHNEIDER is a writer and a PhD student researching postwar architecture and experimental writing. Her poems have been published in Ambit and Hotdog, and critical writing at Riposte and the Cambridge Humanities Review. Her brief literary history of the pickle can be found at Women Cook For Me.
WAYNE HOLLOWAY-SMITH’s debut collection of poetry, ALARUM, was published by Bloodaxe Books in 2017, was shortlisted for the Roehampton Prize and the Seamus Heaney Centre Prize for First Full Collection, and was a Guest Selection for the Poetry Book Society. He won the Geoffrey Dearmer Prize 2016. His non-linear sequence, I CAN’T WAIT FOR THE WENDING, was published by Test Centre in 2018.
